We are looking for a Life Insurance Agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities:

--- Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
--- Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
--- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
--- Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
--- Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
--- Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs
--- Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients
--- Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions
--- Providing ongoing service to clients
--- Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans
--- On-going development of professional skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
--- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
--- Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
--- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
--- Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
