technology needs of the Global Corporate Investment Banking team in
Bank of America. We are looking for a Analyst/Project Coordinator
dedicated to Capital Markets Technology initiatives and projects is
responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined
deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams
such as a project or smaller program.This role ensures execution
and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the
functionality, quality timeline and cost. They facilitate sync
points across multiple organizations to enable
delivery.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for
example, kick offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change
controls, tollgates, and so on)
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple
teams
- Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has
on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to
resolve
- Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management /impediment
removal for the defined deliverables
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across
organizations to support the deliverable completion and
timeline
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to
stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues,
and schedule
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management
standards
- Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value
is obtained through technology and through an advanced
understanding of the businessRequired Qualifications:
- 3+ years BA experience at a leading financial services
organization
- 3+ years knowledge and experience of Capital Markets/ New
Issue/ Primary Markets
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking
ability; ability to troubleshoot production issues and get them
resolved quickly by the appropriate support team
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to
get a point across quickly and concisely is important
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize
effectively and handle responsibilities for multiple projects /
support issues concurrently
- Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular
updates to keep stakeholders informedShift:1st shift (United States
