Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Representative (Remote) who
will work from home and assist customers via inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support and technical assistance for
products and services
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client
products
Track and document customer interactions in databases
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience
A high school diploma or GED
Comfortable using and explaining technology
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for
residence
