Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Patient Relations to
manage patient complaints and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complaints by communicating with patients, staff, and
providers
Investigate and present cases using the SBAR method and manage
complaint data
Collaborate with Risk Management to address potential liability
issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of healthcare experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Strong data management and entry skills
