Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Trainer to equip staff with
skills for handling authorization requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on the authorization request process and
relevant policies
Update and enhance training materials to ensure relevance and
accuracy
Support clinical initiatives and assist with interdepartmental
communication
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Healthcare-related field
preferred
Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN), LPN, or LVN license required
for the state of employment
2 - 4 years of Utilization Management (UM) experience preferred
2 - 3 years in an inpatient or outpatient setting highly
preferred
Experience in training or project management is preferred
