Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead growth marketing efforts across various channels.



Key Responsibilities

Design and execute growth strategies to scale customer acquisition across marketing channels
Oversee a multi-million dollar budget and forecast investments for growth initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the direct-to-consumer experience and improve conversion rates


Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing or highly analytical role in a direct-to-consumer environment
Proven results in at least two marketing channels such as paid social, Google platforms, or television
Experience with growth tools such as GA4, Looker, and digital ad platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external partners
Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
