Job Description:

A company is looking for an Observational Research Manager to generate real-world evidence supporting various business needs.



Key Responsibilities

Manage descriptive epidemiologic studies to characterize disease incidence and prevalence
Conduct research projects analyzing medical claims, electronic health records, and observational cohort studies
Prepare research reports and scientific manuscripts while staying updated on observational research developments


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of scientific experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of scientific experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of scientific experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of scientific experience
Doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with high observational research content preferred
Experience in cardiovascular disease and observational research study design and execution
Experience with secondary data systems, including administrative claims and electronic medical records
Experience in observational research project planning and management
