Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Adjustments & MCA to
provide leadership and direction in the Claim Adjustment
department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet service level
agreements
Oversee claims adjustment automation and root cause identification
for claim system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and
implement automation advancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a
related field
Four years of healthcare claims or operations experience
Two years of previous leadership experience
FACETS Claims experience
Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for
Medicaid and Medicare
