Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is looking to hire an experienced associate to join its Transactional Tax practice group in their New York office. Our client has extensive experience in developing and closing complex business transactions, including the creation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases, takeovers, and restructurings of troubled companies. You will deliver on tax aspects of transactions from family transactions to corporate sales transactions for domestic and foreign business entities, including both publicly traded and privately held corporations; partnerships and limited liability companies; real estate investment trusts (REITs) and regulated investment companies; and various entities formed under foreign law. If you have four or more years' experience in tax structuring work this is a great opportunity to join a creative team versed in innovative tax planning and transactional structuring helping clients realize significant tax and business benefits.
